GEMS是澳大利亞為減少溫室效應特制定的最低能效標準要求的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，被澳大利亞的工業(yè)和科學(xué)發(fā)展部管理，主要負責GEMS標準要求產(chǎn)品的執行，同時(shí)給予監督和檢查。
